How is my email data handled and secured?
All your email data remains secure within your Outlook account. When generating summaries, we only temporarily process your data through OpenAI's API, which has a strict no-data-retention policy. How do I connect my Outlook account?
Simply sign up for Catch Up and securely connect your Outlook account through Microsoft's official authentication system. Once connected, you can immediately start browsing and selecting emails to summarize. (Demo video coming soon)
Company or organization does not allow Outlook integration
If it turns out that your company or organization does not allow to integrate with Catc Up and you already signed up with credit card, you can easily contact us at ouremail and get your plan cancled. We are currently working on a consent flow for companies to easily accept integration with our service.
How do I get email summaries?
After connecting your Outlook account, browse your emails in our dashboard, select the emails or conversation threads you want summarized, and click the summarize button.
Can I customize the AI summaries?
Yes! With our Pro and Advanced plans, you can customize the AI prompts to tailor summaries to your specific needs. Whether you want more technical details, focus on action items, or specific formatting, you can adjust the AI behavior to match your preferences.
What types of emails can I summarize?
You can summarize any emails in your Outlook account that you have access to - including individual emails, entire conversation threads, and emails with attachments. We can process various attachment types including PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, images, and more.
How do I check my usage and remaining summaries?
Your remaining summary credits and usage statistics are displayed in your dashboard. You can always see how many summaries you have left for the current month and when your plan renews.
Catch Up is not working, what should I do?
First, try refreshing your browser and ensuring your Outlook account connection is still active. If you continue experiencing issues, contact our support team. Common issues include expired authentication tokens, which can be resolved by reconnecting your Outlook account.
How do I upgrade my plan or add more summaries?
