Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    By using Catch Up, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
  2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
    This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Catch Up application.
  3. Software License with Termination Rights
    The Catch Up Software License allows for the acquisition of Catch Up email summarization software with recurring fees. The licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time to control software distribution and use. If the license is terminated by the licensee, access to the software will be revoked at the end of the current month. The license is ideal for individuals, teams, and organizations that require email summarization services on a regular basis.
  4. Refunds
    There will be no refunds for the Catch Up software license. When entering a new month the license will be renewed and the fee will be charged.
  5. Microsoft Outlook Integration
    Our service integrates with Microsoft Outlook through official APIs. By using Catch Up, you acknowledge that you have the necessary permissions to access and process the emails you choose to summarize. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's email policies and any applicable data protection regulations.
  6. Disclaimer
    There's no guarantee that Catch Up will meet all your requirements or operate without interruptions or errors. Email summarization accuracy may vary based on email content and complexity. We exclude and disclaim all implied warranties or conditions not stated in this agreement, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    Catch Up offers no warranties regarding the software's quality or fitness for any purpose. We won't be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from or in connection with our products or services, including but not limited to any issues arising from email processing or summarization accuracy. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software or services. You release Catch Up from obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.
  8. User Responsibilities
    Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions to access and process emails through our service. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding email privacy and data protection in your jurisdiction.
  9. Third-Party Services and OpenAI API
    Catch Up makes use of third-party services, including the OpenAI API and Microsoft Graph API, to provide summarization and email access features. By using Catch Up, you also agree to be bound by OpenAI's terms of service, which can be found at OpenAI Terms of Service, and Microsoft's terms of service for Graph API usage. Catch Up is not responsible for any changes to the services provided by OpenAI or Microsoft or for any implications resulting from the use of their APIs.
  10. General Terms and Law
    Governed by the laws of Denmark, this Agreement stipulates no partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Catch Up through the use of its services. You are not to represent yourself as an affiliate of Catch Up, and we are not liable for any actions on your part.
