Catch Up License Agreement

TL;DR;
Personal License: Summarize emails from your Outlook account for personal and commercial use.
Team License: Summarize emails from multiple Outlook accounts for team collaboration.

  1. Introduction
    This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catch Up and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Catch Up Outlook email summarization application ("Product") available at your designated URL. By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU laws.
  2. Grant of License
    1.1 Personal License: Subject to this Agreement, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for creating unlimited personal or commercial email summaries from your Outlook account.
    1.2 Team License: Grants the same as above, but use is extended to team settings, allowing team members to connect multiple Outlook accounts and share summarization capabilities for collaborative email management.
  3. Restrictions
    Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivatives of the Product, remove proprietary notices, use the Product in violation of laws or third-party rights, or sub-license or otherwise transfer rights. Licensee must ensure compliance with Microsoft's terms of service for Outlook API usage.
  4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
    All ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Catch Up. This Agreement grants no ownership rights to the Licensee.
  5. Warranty and Disclaimer
    The Product is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. Catch Up disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Email summarization accuracy may vary based on content complexity.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    Catch Up will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to this Agreement or the Product, including but not limited to issues arising from email processing, summarization accuracy, or Microsoft service availability, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Agreement is governed by EU laws, specifically under the jurisdiction of an appropriate EU country. Disputes will be resolved in EU courts.
  8. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the Licensee and Catch Up, superseding all prior agreements.
